NDIS in home care

NDIS
In Home Care

At Live Life Care, we are a registered NDIS provider, aimed at delivering only the best support to people with disabilities. We will work with the plan of our client, in order to provide personalised and specially tailored support designed at meeting our client's exact needs. We also provide a range of support services for the families of those with a disability. We understand that caring for a loved one can be an exhausting task, no matter how much you love them.

Our in home care services are specially designed around your clients. We provide a range of support services that help contribute to their overall quality of life. This includes helping them around the home, social support, medical support and transportation. The amount of support that our clients receive will depend on the impact that their disability has on them. If their disability holds them back from daily life, then we will provide a greater level of support. However, should our client only need help with weekly tasks such as shopping, we will provide support in those particular circumstances once every week.

Who has access to the NDIS?

In order to become part of the NDIS, you must meet certain circumstances that restrict you in your everyday life. In order to become an NDIS participant you must:

Be under the age of 65 upon your first application to enter the NDIS

Be an Australian citizen, or hold a permanent visa, or a Protected Special Category visa

Live in Australia within an NDIS area, or on a specific date

Have a permanent disability that significantly affects your everyday lifestyle, and limits you from everyday activities

At Live Life Care, we understand that everyone's needs, personal preferences and support needs are different. If you believe that you have a disability and meet the above requirements you can become a participant in the NDIS scheme. This will allow you access to a range of in home care individual planning schemes. These will be specially tailored to meet your exact needs and support you to meet all of your daily goals. If you are unsure as to whether or not you meet these requirements, you can check online via the NDIS website at https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

Our In Home Care

As a NDIS provider, we can provide you with a range of in home care services should you become an NDIS participant. This will allow us to design a program based on your lifestyle choices.

We will take into account all of your personal preferences, as well as the ways in which your disability affects you. We want you to live as independently as you can, and so will provide a range of support services based on when you need them and how often you should need them. Our plan can change as your needs change, making it adaptable to any change in circumstances. Should you have any questions regarding our in home care services, please contact us directly via our email and a friendly member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
